Who Am I?
I’m Ricky Singh—a personal trainer, body transformation coach, and fat loss expert based in Glasgow.
My mission is to help clients lose fat, build confidence, and create sustainable results that last. Whether you're looking to reach a target weight, finally end the yo-yo dieting cycle, or feel good in your body again, I’m here to support your journey with experience, education, and proven systems.

My Journey
Like many of my clients, I didn’t start out in shape.
In my teenage years, I struggled with weight and eventually lost over 4 stone through consistent training and mindset work. That journey ignited my passion for boxing, and by age 18, I was proudly competing internationally for Scotland.
My next personal goal? Running the New York Marathon—a testament to how far consistency and mindset can take you.
