How We Are Different

We know that walking into a regular HYROX gyms/classes can feel intimidating, that’s why our Beginners Programme is built to help you learn the basics, build confidence, and ease into training at your own pace.

What Is Hyrox?

HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running and functional exercises

8 x 1km runs

8 functional workouts in between (sled push/pull, rowing, wall balls, and more)

It’s tough but scalable for all levels.
And with the right training, anyone can do it.

HYROX ENGINE

Low impact cardio and movement work designed to build your base, even if you hate running.

HYROX FOUNDATIONS
A 4 week small group introductory course that breaks down every movement, build your fitness and helps build your confidence so you continue till your first race.

STILL NOT SURE?

Do I need to have done Hyrox before?

No! This programme is built for specifically for beginners. No experience needed its set at your level as our sessions are small group. Just show up and we'll show you the rest.

Do I need to be a good runner?

Not at all. Our Hyrox sessions are designed to build your cardio base from scratch, even if running isn't your thing yet.

What's included in the programme?

You get access to Squad PT strength sessions, Hyrox Engine cardio work, and the 4-week Hyrox Foundations course that walks you through every movement.

How much does it cost?

Book a discovery call and we'll walk you through the options we'll make sure it fits your goals and budget before you commit to anything.

When do the sessions run?

You pick the slots that suit your schedule each week.
