Q: Is there parking available? 

Yes, we have loads of FREE parking on-site.

Q: Are the session times flexible? 

Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week. 

Q: Do I need to be fit already?

 No –  we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your fitness level. 

Q: How much is it? 

The Investment is from £25 to £45 per week for Small Group Personal Training. If you're not sure come and try a free taster session, but we only offer 5 of these per month.
