With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am dedicated to helping people unlock their full potential—both physically and mentally. The only limits in fitness are the ones we place on ourselves, and time and time again, I’ve seen my clients surpass their own expectations, achieving results they never thought possible.

Fitness has always been my passion—not just to look good, but to feel strong, confident, and energized every single day. Prioritizing my health has improved every aspect of my life, from sleep and performance to happiness and relationships.

After years of competing as a boxing athlete, I discovered my true passion in Hyrox, a sport that challenges endurance, strength, and resilience. Recently, I pushed my own limits by completing three Hyrox events in a single weekend, an experience that reinforced my belief in the power of mindset, discipline, and relentless training.

At my gym, I’ve created an environment designed to help clients achieve their best shape, both physically and mentally. My bespoke training programs—unmatched in Glasgow—combine expert coaching, motivation, and lifestyle management to ensure long-term success.
